Bull BBQ Grill Grate Cleaning

So you have just bought your dream alfresco grill and looking forward to cook a scrumptious meal for your family and friend on it. While outdoor cooking can add joy to your life the idea of cleaning it can rob off much of the happiness.
The task of cleaning your grill can be daunting. But it is advisable to clean it regularly to preserve its newness and to keep the food taste great. Grease from cooking and food particles gather on the grill grate over time which makes it important to clean it after every use. So, what is the best way toclean a BBQ.
The best way to clean a BBQ grill grate is right after use when it is still hot. The heat burns accumulated gunk to ashes which then can be cleared off with a hard brush.  You can cover the grill grate with aluminum foil to trap the heat.  Experts however advise against this method as this can lead to problems like melting and paint failure. Rather they suggest a steam cleaning method. Just fill an old pie tin with water and put it on boil and close the lid of the BBQ. The steam would aid in cleaning.

Rubbing with a hard brush frequently however can cause damage to the stainless steel surface of the oven and also to its interior parts. This can be avoided by soaking the grill grate, drip tray and the other parts in a solution of dishwasher liquid and water. Immerse the oven parts in soapy water and soak for around thirty minutes. After that rub with a non-metallic abrasive scrubbing pad to remove grease.

There is no need to dismantle all the parts to clean the oven, especially if you have professional BBQ oven like Blaze or Alfresco grill. But if you must, then make sure to follow the instruction manual to reassemble all the parts properly. We would rather suggest that you take professional help on this.
